Aaron Associates provides time sensitive inspections and report generating so your home buying purchase will go as smoothly as possible. We perform a complete top to bottom, inside and out, structural, mechanical, and electrical system inspection. We can also arrange for an experienced wood destroying insect specialist to visit the home. We also provide water quality analysis AND Radon in air and in Well Water testing.

WATER QUALITY ANALYSIS: We draw a sample of your homes water and have it professionally tested to determine the amounts of naturally occurring substances as well as harmful chemicals.

We can do a complete Sanitary Analysis which includes:

• Color
• Iron
• Manganese
• Nitrate
• Nitrite
• pH
• Sodium
• Turbidity
• Chloride
• Hardness

We also perform tests for:

• Coliform Bacteria Only
• Lead
• Radon in Water
• Phosphates
• V.O.C.
