HOME INSPECTIONS: Aaron Associates also provides Pre-Purchase Home Inspections in accordance with the Massachusetts State rules and regulations regulating home inspectors. You can view them and check an Inspectors licence at the Board of Home Inspectors Aaron Associates provides time sensitive inspections and report generating so your home buying purchase will go as smoothly as possible. We perform a complete top to bottom, inside and out, structural, mechanical, and electrical system inspection. We can also arrange for an experienced wood destroying insect specialist to visit the home. We also provide water quality analysis, and pressure and flow testing of your homes well water system.

WATER QUALITY ANALYSIS: We draw a sample of your homes water and have it professionally tested to determine the amounts of naturally occuring substances as well as harmful chemicals. We can do a complete Sanitary Analysis.
We also perform tests for

• Radon in Water
• Phosphates
• V.O.C.
